Earlier I gave a review of the Breville Active Blender and so now I'm going to share how I make a smoothie I love to have for breakfast!
What I use:
1/2 a banana
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of strawberries
240ml soya milk
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
How I make my smoothie is pretty simple! Just throw everything into my Breville blender and let it do its thing!
I love this smoothie because it keeps me full and it has a lovely taste of strawberries and banana! The honey and cinnamon adds sweetness without it being overpoweringly sweet! This definitely doesn't taste like something healthy, to me it tastes more like a treat so I love having this when I'm craving sugar but don't want to start baking, plus it stops me from reaching out for the chocolate bars!
